These Terms & Conditions govern your use of emilyrobinsonfitness.com and the services, digital products, and messaging programs offered by Emily Robinson Fitness FL LLC. By using the site or opting into our messaging program, you agree to these terms.
SMS text message program
Program description. Emily Robinson Fitness FL LLC sends SMS messages regarding appointments, coaching check-ins, customer support, requested resources, and, for subscribers who consent, promotional offers and fitness tips.
How to opt in. You opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on this website and checking the consent box, by texting us, or by giving written consent during onboarding. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS program, to purchase coaching or digital products, and to use this website. By opting in you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly message or collect information from anyone under 18, and we will remove any such contact upon notice.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 4–8 messages per month, plus transactional messages tied to your appointments or coaching.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers supported. Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Coaching services
Coaching packages are provided for the term purchased and are personal to you. Programs, nutrition targets, and materials are for your individual use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Payments, renewals, and refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Recurring coaching plans renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with your agreement. Digital products (eBooks, guides, and downloads) are non-refundable once delivered, as they are delivered instantly.
Health disclaimer
Emily Robinson Fitness FL LLC provides fitness and nutrition coaching, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and safety.
Results disclaimer
Testimonials and transformation photos reflect individual experiences. Results vary based on effort, consistency, genetics, and other factors. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, programs, and guides, is owned by Emily Robinson Fitness FL LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emily Robinson Fitness FL LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, our services, or our messaging program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
