Emily is a NASM certified trainer specializing in online fitness training for beginners.

She started a beginners fitness app, blog and podcast called Freshman Fitness.

She mentors newbies through her eBook “The Beginner’s Bible: A Simple Guide on How to Start Lifting Weights” as well as through the prebuilt programs in her Freshman Fitness app and 1:1 online coaching.

Emily offers custom 3-month and 6-month 1:1 online coaching programs broken out into basic, standard & premium packages.

Emily only takes on 5 new clients a month so availability for coaching is super limited.
