What you get
A strength training app for women, built for beginners

Full lifting programs written by Emily, laid out day by day with sets, reps, and progression already handled. You open the app and lift. No more standing in the squat rack Googling.
Video demos for every movement
Every exercise has a demo so you know what it looks like, what it should feel like, and which muscles are supposed to be working.
Clear sets, reps, and tempo
Every session tells you exactly how many sets, how many reps, and how it should feel, so you are never standing around guessing what to do next.
New training blocks
Programs build on each other instead of restarting from zero, so your strength keeps moving in one direction.
Exercise library by muscle group
Traveling, sharing one dumbbell rack, or hate an exercise? Swap it for a smart substitute in seconds.
Nutrition and training guidance
Straightforward education on protein, calories, and recovery. Enough to make good decisions, not enough to make you crazy.

Is this you?
This lifting app is for you if…
- You want to build muscle and feel athletic, not shrink yourself.
- You are tired of wandering the gym floor guessing what to do next.
- You want a plan written by an actual coach, not a random screenshot from Instagram.
- You are consistent when someone tells you exactly what to do.
- You want to train with Emily but are not ready for the price or intensity of 1:1 coaching.
- You want to lift with confidence in a month, not just think about it for another year.
It is probably not for you if…
- • You want fully customized macros, weekly check-ins, and Emily's eyes on your form every week. That is 1:1 coaching.
- • You want a quick fix with no lifting involved.
Why work with Emily
The training philosophy inside the app
Four or five strength sessions a week, flexible eating around them, and no rules that fall apart the moment you go out to dinner.
You hire the person, not the PDF
Workouts, macros, check-ins, accountability: every coach offers those. What you cannot copy and paste is Emily herself, honest and funny and actually invested in your week.
Hundreds of women coached
You are also hiring the experience. Emily has coached hundreds of women through fat loss, muscle gain, plateaus, and real life, so she has already seen whatever your body is doing.
A regular woman, not a bodybuilder
Some coaches live for training. Emily does not. She does it because it is part of the game, not because she is motivated, and she coaches clients on how to get it done on the days they do not want to.
Food you actually like
No chicken and rice at every meal, no cheat days, no starting over Monday. Emily loves to eat and builds nutrition around real food, dinners out, birthdays, and vacations.
4 to 5 hours a week, not 3 hours a day
Efficient strength sessions built for women with jobs, kids, and commutes.
No overdoing the cardio
Cardio is a tool, not a punishment. Just enough to support your goals without running off the muscle you are working to build.
Strength over shrinking
The goal is a stronger, athletic body you want to live in, not the smallest version restriction can produce.
Talks like a friend, coaches like a pro
No shame, no lectures, no copy paste check-ins. Emily answers her own messages and remembers your life.
Built for the long game
You learn how your body responds and how to adjust, so results hold after coaching ends.
5 clients a month, on purpose
New 1:1 spots stay capped so coaching stays personal. Never a number waiting on an assistant coach.

Women Emily has coached

Emily helped me get back on track in the gym! Her workout plan took all the stress away and made going to the gym enjoyable! She held me accountable when I needed it most and was very understanding when life threw its curveballs at me. Thank you so much for helping me feel confident in my own skin again! Love love love her.

Weighing 228 lbs, I knew I had to make a choice for the betterment of my health and felt comfortable moving forward with Emily after following her on social media for 6 months. I had huge doubt in myself but Emily was able to guide me through the process of losing 44 lbs while on a GLP-1. She taught me about nutrition, water intake, how important discipline is and what lifting can do while on a weight loss journey. After six months with her, I am confident in my body again. She is a terrific coach with a great personality that will educate you, tell you what you need to hear and is extremely accessible (not all coaches are).

Like many people, I juggle a lot between being a mom, wife, full time employee, and everything else life throws my way. Prioritizing my own health felt overwhelming until I started working with Emily. She created an actionable, realistic plan that was easy to follow and fit into my busy life. Not only did I lose weight and inches in my waist, but I also gained strength, confidence, and a completely new mindset around my health. The tools she gave me are things I'll use for the rest of my life.

Consistent strength training and nutrition coaching completely changed how I look and feel. The plan was realistic enough to stick with, month after month.
