This eBook is a collection of 6 years of knowledge from Emily on "how to" get into the gym and ultimately start lifting weights without wasting a ton of time trying to figure out how to work out properly on your own. Additionally, without spending hundreds/thousands to hire a trainer who will leave you without the knowledge to workout on your own at the end of your time together. It includes help with your mindset, nutritional guidance, and ALL the workout tips. This eBook is broken out into 3 sections, each including 4 documents which range from one to MANY pages long. This is how Emily got from point A to B below over the last few years without the help of any other program or coach. It includes a watered down version of some of the knowledge she learned while studying to be a certified trainer through NASM, as well as information she learned through personal experience and years of additional research. Emily would say she is pretty good at what she does, but I think the picture below is a solid confirmation. Those muscles didn't just appear after all.
